Today, we started a three days long solidarity campaign on Palestine with our two friends who joined the hunger strike chain that an Italian director and singer Michelangelo Severginin initiated in İstanbul on the 6th October to hang together with the Palestinian.

After the preparations that arranged in the morning, we opened a board in Alsancak with our handouts, banners and flags. We claimed with a brief that all the military-commercial agreements between Turkey and Israil be come out and the cooperation be ended as soon as possible. Hereupon, we initiated a signing campaign. We emphasized with the aid box put by our board that our main aim was to aid Palestenians as far as possible.

People were very astonished when they saw our banners on which we pointed out that the Israili soldiers were trained in Konya (A city in Turkey).

The reactions our friends who were in hunger strike encountered extremely weird. On one hand people could not understand the hunger strike and they asked 'why?' on the other hand they told that we are right.

Now it is really important for the war be ended and we hang together with our Palestenian brothers who lack many of the vital requirements. For this purpose we should stop this murder using every method.

Although most of the people we encountered during the day found only Israil guilty of this war, we know that as long as the governments exist over the world, neither the wars will end nor the people whom the governments murdered will come back!

The war going on near us is not a land or economy war. This is the war of governments , a war that governments murder innocent people with their bloody hands…

In this war we do not believe in either Hamas or Olmert.
We only believe in life and conscience of the people!
